Shipping Information

We handcraft every piece right here in our Utah workshop, so each order is made with care before it heads your way.

Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Large or custom projects may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship anywhere in the U.S. using UPS, USPS, or FedEx. You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order is on the way.
Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after shipping.

Packaging
Your order will be packaged securely (and with eco-friendly materials when possible) to make sure it arrives safely.

Local Pickup
If you’re in Utah, message us and we’ll arrange a time for you to swing by.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, let us know within 5 days so we can help make it right.
