I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they have pretty much any reasonable whole-inch length you might want, 3-24 inches. I was able to get one that fit the side of my antique kitchen cupboard perfectly.

Quality magnetic block at a great price. The seller is easy to work with. I asked if white oak was available, and it was for the same price as the other hardwoods. I purchased the 11' block because I wanted to mount it on a cabinet with 11.6' depth. It arrived on time and fits great. I'm using it for 3 knives, but I tested it with 5. It's not only one of the most customizable offerings I've found on Etsy, it is also one of the cheapest.

PSA for people who are interested in mounting this with 3M strips instead of the provided screws. 3M strips will never adhere to raw wood or oil/wax finished wood (this is finished with Tried & True). You need to apply a smooth finish (polycrylic, paint, varnish) for strips to stick. I applied 3 coats of semi-gloss polyurethane to the back only, and 15-lb 3M velcro strips are rock solid.
